The Art Box of Stillwater is a web site to promote the art of Bill Miller. Bill is a graduate of the High School of Music & Art in New York City in 1983. He went on to Herbert H. Lehman College and received his Bachelor's degree in Studio Art/Arts Management in 1988.

After college, Bill went on to create his own business selling hand painted shirts and handcrafted jewelry. In 1992, he moved to Oklahoma and received his Master's degree from Oklahoma State University in 1995. Bill began teaching in Cushing, Oklahoma in 1999. He is now an adjunct professor at Northern Oklahoma College in Stillwater teaching Art Appreciation & Modern Western Culture. He is a member of The Stillwater Art Guild and has several paintings and murals on display in local businesses and homes.
